It is Father’s day on Sunday.  We made chocolate truffles and put them in boxes with hand coloured tags to take home to our Dad’s.  We are hiding them in the fridge! Shhh!

We had to have a sample for quality control – they are delicious!  We wanted to make more the next day.  Here is the recipe for you to make some at home:

Chocolate Truffles (makes about 24)

250 grams Marie Biscuits

1 cup coconut

1 1/2 tablespoons of cocoa

1 can condensed milk

1. Crush biscuits (we used snaplock bags and hammers)
2. Mix all dry ingredients together.
3. Add condensed milk and mix well.
4. roll into balls and roll in coconut.
5. Refridgerate.
