We added the wodden animals and people to our blocks this week. Some of the children choose to make a zoo. They cut pictures of food from magazines for the animals to eat. The animals were being very well looked after!
The children have been working on their entries for the Manangatang Flower and Craft Show this week. We have all done an easel painting, a puffy painting (see BLOG) and tomorrow we are going to search for the longest gum leaves when we go to Bush Kinder. The Flower and Craft Show is on Sunday and it will be great to see the display of our Pre School work.
Today we have been talking and eating French with the assistance of Isabel’s cousins from France. We welcomed Andrea, Philip and toddler Thelma to our Pre School. We saw where France was on the map, looked at photos, read a story and cooked and ate French toast and chocolate milk. We learnt a few French words. See how many your child can remember. Thanks to the Grants for sharing their guests for the morning. It is great to be multicultural.
