This week it is all about Easter Activities.  We have made some Bunny baskets in the hope that Easter Bunny will come and visit us before the holidays.  We made them from paper plates with cotton balls, pom poms, paint and wriggly eyes.  Inside the baskets is soft shredded tissue and a baby chicken.  We hope Easter Bunny is impressed!

We also made string eggs.  Mrs Grant put and egg into a water balloon and blew it up.  Then we put a lot of cut wool into PVA Glue mixed with water and we wrapped the string around the balloon one piece at a time.  Tomorrow we will remove the balloon and we will have a string egg with a chocolate inside.  This was very challenging for some of our children who don’t like to get messy.  We had to persist and try not to focus on the sticky fingers!
