It is a challenge as a teacher to share the ANZAC story with such young children but it is an important part of our culture.  Usually we will make ANZAC biscuits and talk a little about the war.  However as this year is the 100th commeration of the ANZAC’s I wanted to do something more.

Today we planted some special commerative poppy seeds with the children.  Hopefully I have calculated correctly and we will have real poppies for ANZAC Day.
